Had lost 15 pounds in 1 month(!) Double-chin gone. The kiddos loves veggies. As a family, we're pretty much eating only vegetables, organicially or responsbility -raised meat, and fruits.
The go-to sites for the paleo lifestyle is nom nom paleo and Marks Daily Apple. Nom nom has great receipe ideas and the author wrote a GREAT cookbook. Mark is some crazy fitness guy and while I don't do fitness, there's stuff on there that keeps you motivated health-wise.
The best thing to stay on track with grain-free food is being around friends who do the same thing. Great for support, keeping food ideas flowing, and push each other to do 100% paleo.
